RUMFORD – The River Valley Chamber of Commerce and Mexico Fire Department have teamed up again to bring the annual 10-Town Easter Egg Hunt to the River Valley Area.
The Easter egg hunt has been a tradition in the River Valley for many years. Sponsorships for Easter eggs are available for only $10 each. People may purchase as many eggs as they wish. Businesses in the River Valley area and individuals may sponsor eggs.
Eggs are hidden throughout the River Valley by volunteers. The eggs are found by the community children ages 7 and above on Saturday, April 15.
WOXO 100.7 and 92.7 will conduct a live broadcast of the clues from 6 to 9 a.m. and will read sponsor names for each egg hidden.
Each child who discovers an egg will be advised to turn it in at the Mexico Fire Department for an Easter gift. Children 6 and below will search for their eggs at a location to be announced shortly.
