TOPSHAM – Virginia R. Anderson, 81, formerly of Meadow Road, Bowdoin, died Friday, Feb. 17 at Amenity Manor.
She was born in Lisbon Falls on July 20, 1924, the daughter of Milbury and Nora (Reynolds) Bowie. She graduated from Lisbon Falls High School in the Class of 1944. She married Maynard P. Anderson on July 15, 1944, and he died March 11, 1996. She was a member of West Bowdoin Baptist Church and enjoyed flowers and knitting.
She leaves a grandson, James Trepanier; and a great-granddaughter, Tonya Trepanier.
She was predeceased by her husband; and her daughter, Noreen Trepanier in 1994.
