RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Waite was celebrated Monday morning at St. Athanasius-St. John Church in Rumford, with the Rev. Angelo LeVasseur, pastor, as the celebrant. Readings were done by Matthew Kellogg and Lauren Garneau. Eulogies were given by Denise Richards and Patrick Waite. Pallbearers were Jeff Garneau, Rob Kellogg, Vince Sassi, Tim Gallant, Donald Carver, Jr. and Lee Goldberg. Organist was Mark Belanger and soloist singing “Turn Turn Turn” was Elaine Michaud. Interment in the spring will be at St. John Cemetery, Rumford. Arrangements were under the direction of Meader and Son Funeral Home.
