NASHUA, N.H. (AP) – A Nashua woman is charged with giving methadone pills to a friend who died of an overdose.

Maria Jackson, 42, of Nashua, is charged with narcotic sales. She is not charged in the death of her friend, Catherine Wade, 39, who died in September, the morning after police say Jackson gave her several methadone pills.
