FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at the Franklin County Detention Center:

Stephen Thurlow, 47, Seabrook, N.H., disorderly conduct, Feb. 15 by Carrabassett Valley police. He was released Feb. 16 by District Court.

John R. Tolman Jr., 50, New Sharon, domestic assault, Feb. 16 by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on March 22.

Jessie Lee Poulin, 24, Skowhegan, driving under the influence, possession of schedule drugs, Feb. 16 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

Robert Tompkins, 19, Phillips, violation of a protection from abuse order, Feb. 16 by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on March 22.

Desiree Lynn Driscoll, 20, Farmington, warrant for unpaid fines, fees for driving after suspension, Feb. 16 by the Sheriff’s Department. She was released on personal recognizance by the court for court appearance on Feb. 22.

Benjamin Davis, 23, Kingfield, warrant for unpaid fine for driving after suspension, Feb. 17 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $290 was provided for court appearance on March 20.

Derek P. Robbins, 23, Cape Elizabeth, driving after suspension, possession of suspended license, Feb. 18 by Rangeley police. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on March 22.

Barton Barnum, 22, Madison, driving under the influence, Feb. 18 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $400 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

Donna Spencer, 39, East Wilton, probation hold, Feb. 21 by Probation and Parole. As of Feb. 24, she was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.
