Wingate University has named Julie Ann Elliott of New Gloucester to the president’s list for demonstrating outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester. The list requires a term grade point average of 3.80 on at least 12 quality point academic hours with no grade below a C. The school is in Wingate, N.C.
