JAY – A Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday morning for Richard N. Bryant at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay, with prayers preceding the Mass at Finley Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Roger Chabot. Hymns were sung by the Resurrection Choir, accompanied by Therese Therrien. Readings were done by Joseph and Peter Bryant. “Prayer of the Faithful” was read by Christopher Bryant and the gifts were brought to the altar by Amy Newman and Beth Perreault. A poem was recited by Sheri Ouellette. Pallbearers were Donald Bryant, Mark Bryant, Peter Bryant, Joseph Bryant, John Bryant, Chris Bryant and Bryan Blodgett. Interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery in Livermore Falls.
