LONDONDERRY, N.H. (AP) – Officials are talking about bringing international charter flights to Manchester Airport.
Airport manager Kevin Dillon said Friday he is exploring opportunities to bring charter flights to the United Kingdom, Caribbean and Mexico.
But Dillon said a major consideration in offering international flights is the extra space needed for customs and immigrations. That’s something he and other airport officials are taking a closer look at now.
So far no test flights have been scheduled.
He said the airport has dealt with Caribbean charter flights before. Commercial flights from Canada – where passengers clear U.S. immigration at departure – already are a regular part of Manchester Airport’s schedule.
