SABATTUS – Gino Camardese and William Henshaw came out on top of a field of five candidates for the 3-year positions two on the Board of Selectmen in town elections here Friday.

Camardese was the top vote-getter with 231 votes followed by Henshaw with 184. The remaining candidates and votes were as follows: Don Fournier, 161, Don Fournier Jr., 161, Tammy Se ger 125 and William Luce, 157.

Joline Lacoste, the only name on the ballot for the School Union 44 school committee received 387 votes. Gary Blais received 26 write-in votes. There were two vacancies on the board.

Judy Cyr and Roland St. Amand won seats on the Sanitary and Water District Board of Trustees with 362 and 312 votes respectively. Richard Behr received 137 votes.
