WATERFORD-Norman Rust was elected to the Board of Selectmen with 117 over Stu Davis 69 votes in town elections here Friday. Write-in candidates, receiving one vote each were Ken Fanning, Stephen Knight, Yvon Morin, Peter Lawton and Barry Patrie.
