WILTON – An early Sunday morning fire at the Jarden Corp. warehouse here resulted in some damage to products.

No damage estimate was immediately available, but the warehouse holds boxes of plastic utensils and wooden matches made by Jarden, said a Franklin County dispatcher.

Jarden took over Forster Inc. operations about four years ago.

The dispatcher said the alarm sounded at 5:59 a.m. No one was hurting fighting the blaze.
