JAY – The Jay Band is accepting registrations for a scrapbook and rubber stamp workshop it is offering as a fundraiser for Rick Hardy and his family and for the purchase of band uniforms. The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at Jay Middle School.
Scrapbook and stamp enthusiasts will receive gift bags and lunch as well as have opportunities to participate in mini-sessions on technique ideas. Local craft vendors and demonstrators will be there.
Raffles will be run throughout the day, and a gift will be given to the “Best Layout” competition winner.
The cost is $20. Registration can be mailed to Sherri Couture, 73 Knapp St., Jay, ME 04239 or Jay Middle School Band, 23 Community Drive, Jay, ME 04239.
