Shamrock dance
PARIS – The Swingin’ Bears Square Dance Club Shamrock Dance will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, March 11, at the Oxford Hills Middle School, Pine Street. Walter Lougee will call for the square dancing and Scott Williams will cue the round dancing.

Final trek
BETHEL – Bonnie Pooley and Mac Davis will describe what it is like to plan and lead canoe trips in Maine’s remote lakes at the final program in the Intrepid Trekkers Travel Series presented by Western Mountains Senior College. The program will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at the West Parish Congregational Church, Garland Chapel, Church Street.
The program is free to senior college members. Donations will be accepted from non-members unless their join at the event. For more information, call J. Cressy at 824-0508.
Bridge results
NORWAY – A duplicate bridge game was played March 3. Winners for the morning were: first, Marta Clements and Dick Allen; second, Paul Barber and Luke Merry; third, Nancy Farmer and Pete Cummings.
Oxford Hills Duplicate Bridge meets at 9 a.m. Fridays at the Fare Share Commons, 445 Main St. Parking and entrance are available in the municipal parking lot behind the building. All bridge players are invited. For details, call Mimi Bell at 743-8081 or Les Buzzell at 783-4153.
