On Thursday, March 23 and Friday, March 24 the Lisbon High School campus will be site for this year’s presentations. The class of 2006 high school seniors will be hosting 60 prestigious judges from the community including Lisbon School Department Administrators, Lisbon School Board Committee Members, Principals, and Teachers. Joining the team of judges this year will be the First Lady of Maine, Karen Baldacci, and Channel 8, WMTW Weatherperson, Gray Stabley.
Throughout the process students have been guided by Ms. Judith Lashman, Librarian of Lisbon High School, and their advocacy teachers. A Senior Exhibition Guide was prepared for all seniors to ensure quality work, outlining all necessary steps to meet the expectations for this very important accomplishment in the final year of high school.
“Early indications of student projects for this year are sure to impress the judges,” according to Community Resource Coordinator of the Lisbon School Department, Monica Millhime.
