LEWISTON – The Child Health Center’s Big Brothers Big Sisters Programs are gearing up for the annual Bowl For Kids’ Sake event to be held on Saturday and Sunday, March 25 and 26, at Sparetime Recreation.
The team packets are available, and now is the time to start raising sponsorship money to support mentoring throughout Androscoggin County.
To participate, form a team of four, raise a minimum of $25 in sponsorship per bowler and go bowl. Anyone who would like to sponsor a bowler should call 782-5437.
That number will reach Big Brothers Big Sisters Coordinators Ron Hood and Sue Webster, who can provide team packets.
All proceeds from Bowl For Kids’ Sake will support the more than 450 mentor matches in school- and community-based programs throughout Androscoggin County.
