LEWISTON – To go along with its new location at the Wallace School Building at the corner of Bates and Walnut streets, the Good Shepherd Food Pantry has a new name. It will now be known as Sisters of Charity Food Pantry.

The pantry moved from its Lisbon Street location just after Thanksgiving. Its new home is more central to the community it serves. Plans are in the works to expand the programs offered at the facility. The new programs will focus on nutrition and wellness.
