I agree that the administration currently in Augusta is not making the best fiscal choices for the state, yet, in each election, there are a number of bond issues on the ballot which have a fairly substantial price tag attached to them. Without fail, virtually every one of them will be approved by a majority of the voters.

So, as voters in the state of Maine, we should be scrutinizing our voting practices first.
