JAY – A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday, March 10, for Gemma A. Blaisdell at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay, with prayers preceding the Mass at Finley Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Roger Chabot. Hymns were sung by the Resurrection Choir accompanied by Therese Therrien. Offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Louise Blaisdell and Anne Christine Blaisdell. Committal prayers were said by the Rev. Chabot at the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery Chapel in Augusta.
