LEWISTON – A memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday at St. Patrick’s Chapel for Norman J. Beauparlant. The Rev. Thomas Farley celebrated the Mass and family members Laurie Lachance and Joy Beauparlant both read testament readings and Kevin Beauparlant recited the prayers of the faithful. Presentation of the offertory at the altar was made by Matthew Lowell and Brian Beauparlant. Urn bearer was Norman’s son, Michael Beauparlant of Durango, Colo. A delegation of employees from the city of Lewiston were also in attendance. The Mass concluded with “Let there Be Peace on Earth,” then a reception line of family members received condolences from attendees at the conclusion of services. A spring burial with committal prayers and military honors will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery. Arrangements by the Pinette Funeral Home.
