FARMINGTON – President and CEO Peter L. Judkins announced changes to the Franklin Savings Bank senior management team.
Deborah A. Rowe has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer. Rowe holds two bachelor degrees, one in accounting and one in mathematics, along with an M.B.A. from Thomas College. She is also a graduate of the National School of Banking.
Rowe, a Jay resident, has been with Franklin Savings Bank for 28.
Shelley W. Deane has been promoted to senior vice president – human resources and administration. Deane attended the University of Maine at Farmington and has taken numerous American Institute of Banking courses through Thomas College. She also holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a certificate from the School of Management Development through the Center for Financial Studies.
Deane, of Farmington, has been with the bank for 25 years.
Timothy J. Thompson has been promoted to administrative vice president – bank operations. Thompson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine and a M.B.A. from Thomas College. He is also a graduate of the National School of Banking. Thompson has worked in the banking industry for 12 years, including five years with Franklin Savings Bank.
Prior to banking, Thompson, of Farmington, worked as comptroller and project manager for a large contractor.
Andrew H. Sturtevant has been promoted to administrative vice president – loan services. Sturtevant has been working toward his bachelor of science degree in business administration from UMA and is in his second year of study at the National School of Banking, which he will complete in June.
Sturtevant, of Fayette, has more than 20 years of banking experience and has been with Franklin Savings Bank for two years.
