NEW YORK (AP) – A woman was struck and killed by a city bus in Brooklyn on Saturday morning, police said.

Anna Dymburt, 79, was crossing Glenwood Road from north to south just after 8 a.m. this morning when a Metropolitan Transit Authority bus made a left turn from Ralph Avenue onto Glenwood and struck her.

She was declared dead at the scene at about 8:40 a.m.

No arrests or summonses were issued in connection with the accident.
