• Edwin R. Scribner, 48, Paris, on a charge of reckless conduct, March 12, Paris police, $500 cash bail.

• James Christopher Bryant, 33, Oxford, on a charge of operating after suspension, March 12, Norway police, $500 unsecured bail.

• Raymond A. Robblee, 41, Fryeburg, on a charge of operating after suspension, March 11, Fryeburg police, $500 unsecured bail.

• Wilfred T. Merrill Jr., 42, Rumford, on a charge of arson, March 11, $8,000 cash bail or $20,000 surety.

• Walter D. Phillips, 22, Scarborough, on a charge of failure to appear for speeding, March 11, Norway police, $340 cash bail.
