PARIS – The Oxford County Soil and Water Conservation District will hold its annual supper at 6 p.m. Friday, April 7, at the First Congregational Church, 17 East Main St. A social hour will start at 5:30 p.m.
The district invites the public to join in celebrating a successful year of conservation at the supper. Speaker will be Charlie Todd, wildlife biologist. who will speak about the comeback of an endangered species – the American bald eagle.
The menu will consist of New England boiled dinner, jellied salad, rolls and apple pie with ice cream. The cost is $8 a person. Those attending can make their check payable to the Oxford County SWCD, 1570 Main St., Suite 10, Oxford, ME 04270. It must be prepaid to the district by Friday, April 3.
