Josh Russell, a senior at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, bench-presses 205 pounds Thursday during the fourth annual Lift-A-Thon at Personal Best Health Club in South Paris. Coaching him is Jeff Bishop, a personal trainer at the club. Proceeds from the weightlifting competition benefit the Travis Van Durme Scholarship Fund. The scholarship is awarded annually to a male and female senior at OHCHS. Van Durme was a football player and honors student at the school who died in a car accident in August 2002, shortly before he was to begin his college freshman year.
