• Chrissy Russell, 26, New Vineyard, on charges of domestic assault, criminal threatening, obstructing the reporting of a crime March 9 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance May 18.

• Richard Austin, 44, Wilton, on a charge of violation of condition of release March 10 by Wilton police. Cash bail of $250 was provided for court appearance on April 6.

• Lisa Worthley, 33, Rumford, on a charge of possession of a scheduled drug March 4 by Wilton police. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on May 18.

• Mark Towers, 34, Rumford, on a charge of violation of condition of release March 10 by Wilton police. He was released by the court on March 13.

• Souksakhone Pholsina, 31, Jay, on charges of violations of condition of release, driving after suspension March 10 by Jay police. As of March 15, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.

• Jedediah T. Spear, 20, Orono, on a charge of violation of bail condition March 10 by the Sheriff’s Dept. He was released for court appearance on April 20.

• Joshua Brougham, 18, Wilton, on a charge of harassment by telephone March 10 by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Jeffrey S. Fraser, 25, Stratton, on a warrant on a charge of failure to appear on a fishing violation of number and amount, March 11 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on April 5.

• Jason Masterson, 30, Kingfield, on a charge of violation of conditions of release March 11 by the Sheriff’s Dept. He was released March 13 per the district attorney, according to a jail officer.

• Kelly Batchelder, 30, Phillips, on a warrant on a charge of failure to pay fine March 12 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $240 was provided, fines were paid and she was released.
