The 17th annual “All Maine Invitational” exhibition of work by artists from around the state will open with a reception on Thursday, March 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Atrium Art Gallery, University of Southern Maine, Lewiston-Auburn College.

The “All Maine Invitational” features paintings, drawings, prints, ceramics, jewelry, furniture and sculptural pieces in wood and metal. The festive event will also feature the jazz ensemble Stonecoast Quartet.

The exhibit concludes May 6 with a gala auction with proceeds benefiting L/A Arts. Work in the exhibit can be seen online at laarts.org

The Atrium Art Gallery is located at USM/Lewiston-Auburn, 51 Westminster St., Lewiston. The exhibit runs from March 24 until auction night May 6. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
