BETHEL – A Living Gluten-Free Seminar for people who want to learn more about celiac disease and gluten-intolerance will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 3, at Telstar High School.

Participants will learn about nutritional alternatives to gluten-based products, such as the variety of rices and other grains and how to cook them and hidden sources of gluten. The session will also cover other healthy alternatives that have been proven to help people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance to cope with and enjoy their new lifestyle.

Suzanne Dunham will lead the seminars. She has spent the past 20 years learning about the condition and how to live with it.
