Dear Sun Spots: Thank you for the great service.

I have many posters to give away to anyone who could use them. They are decorations for all holidays and could be useful in a classroom or day care. If interested, please phone me at 784-8388. – No Name, Lewiston.

Answer: In addition to responses from readers, you might like to try contacting The SHAREcenter program in Auburn. It’s a free treasure trove for local teachers as well as inexpensive items that children and adults can use for creative crafts, education and more. Businesses and others donate materials, data products, scraps, fabrics, samples and more. Teachers come in for supplies, office supplies, art paper, fabric, leather, widgets. Children and nonprofit groups come in and make items from the assortment of donated items. It seems the possibilities are endless, if you’ve got the imagination. Contact the SHAREcenter program, P.O. Box 800, Auburn, ME 04212-0800, 795-0972. The center is located on Academy Street in Auburn, in the Great Falls Performing Arts Center. You enter on the Academy Street side. They are open 1 to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to noon the first and second Saturdays of each month. Closed school vacations, Auburn school snow days, holiday weekends typically, it’s best to call first.

The Topsham site is open from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday on Republic Avenue, near the Commissary, building 376. There is no phone available in Topsham.

Dear Sun Spots: Thank you for your great column.

I was wondering if anyone has some dragonfly shower curtain hooks that they no longer want? Maybe someone is changing their decor, it being spring cleaning season. They were sold out at Wal-Mart.

Also, I was wondering why the Mexico Wal-Mart doesn’t carry Folgers Latte in the mocha fusion or straight up latte flavor? All the other Wal-Marts carry it, and Mexico did.

Can you also please check to see why we can’t find Knorr’s fish boullion anywhere. Thank you so much. – J.F., No Town.

Answer: Regarding your first question, Sun Spots located the shower hooks online at http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?dest=9999999997&product_id=4252262&sourceid=0100000030660804902498. They are priced at $22.22.

Regarding the Folgers products, you might like to contact your local Shaw’s Supermarket store.

They appear to carry both varieties; you will find a list of supermarkets listed online at www.folgers.com:

And in reference to your final question, Sun Spots has located this online also at www.asiamex.com.
