11th District Court

RUMFORD – The following divorces were granted recently in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division.

Ann M. Brown, Mexico, and Malcolm Brown, North Richland, Texas. They were married on March 29, 2004, in North Richland, Texas; divorced Jan. 24. She was granted permission to change her name to Ann M. Bolduc.

Gregory S. Mills, Albany Township, and Robin R. Mills, Albany Township. They were married on Sept. 9, 1991, in Bethel; divorced Feb. 1. Shared parental rights and primary residence with the mother for one child.

Melissa Plourde, Byron, and Edward Plourde, Rumford. They were married on Aug. 28, 1992, in Mexico; divorced Feb. 1. Shared parental rights and primary residence with the mother for two children. She was granted permission to change her name to Melissa M. Young.

Kurt A. Thurston, Andover, and Jessica L. Thurston, Bryant Pond. They were married on Aug. 7, 2002 in Mexico; divorced Feb. 1. Shared parental rights and primary residence with the mother for two children.

Melody L. Tucker-Burt, Rumford, and Dennis G. Burt, Rumford. They were married on Dec. 31, 1987, in Rumford; divorced Feb. 1. Shared parental rights and shared residence for one child. She was granted permission to change her name to Melody L. Tucker.

Kerri P. Mukwaya, Rumford, and Adinani Mukwaya, Waltham, Mass. They were married on March 2, 2002, in Waterville; divorced Feb. 14. She was granted permission to change her name to Kerri P. King.

Gayle E. McPherson, Rumford, and William L. McPherson, Rumford. They were married on March 31, 1984, in Rumford; divorced Feb. 24. She was granted permission to change her name to Gayle E. Gallant.
