A “Make-It, Take-It” workshop will be held May 11

AUBURN – Betsy Dorr of Quiltessentials Inc. led her third annual basket-weaving workshop for the After Dark Club of the Woman’s Literary Union on March 9.

The Craft Club will hold a workshop with crafters from Murdock Country Creations, Route 4, Turner. The “Make-It, Take-It” workshop will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 11, at the WLU Clubhouse, 19 Elm St. Materials will be provided for a minimal fee.

The After Dark Club was established in the spring of 2001 in order to provide women with the opportunity to attend evening meetings at the Woman’s Literary Union. The club meets at 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month from September through June.
