LIVERMORE FALLS – Selectmen unanimously voted to accept a two-year contract retroactive to Jan. 3 with the town manager after an executive session Monday.

Town Manager Martin Puckett is being paid $45,000 for the first year of the contract with the salary for the second year to be negotiated at a later date.

In another matter, Town Clerk Kristal Flagg said Tuesday that nomination papers for several school and town positions are available at the town office and due back Friday, April 28.

The papers must have at least 25 signatures on them.

There are two selectmen’s terms available: a two-year seat held by Kenny Jacques and a three-year seat held by Russell Flagg.

There is a two-year term for town clerk and treasurer also up this year. Kristal Flagg now hold the posts.

There are four terms available on the SAD 36 board. They are two three-year terms held by Fred Nadeau and Mac Haynes and two one-year terms that were vacated last month by Rhonda Drake and Damon Rodzen.
