PARIS – The South Paris Baptist Church, 1 Park St., has announced Passion Week services. The public is invited.

Palm Sunday, April 9, service at 10:45 a.m.; Maundy Thursday, April 13, at 6:30 p.m.; Good Friday, April 14, at 7 p.m., service centered on the activities surrounding the cross in commemoration of the crucifixion of Christ.

Easter Sunday, April 16, Resurrection Sunday, 8 a.m., Easter morning early service, weather permitting, across the street from the church in Moore Park. If weather does not permit, the service will be held in the church sanctuary; 8:30 a.m., Easter breakfast.

Easter Sunday, 10 a.m. service featuring the choir performing the cantata, “Rise Again,” arranged and orchestrated by Russell Mauldin. Congregational worship will be led by the praise team and will consist of a blend of hymns and contemporary worship songs. The service will be rounded out with a special Easter message by Pastor Kevin Smart.

There will be no Sunday school or evening service.
