LEWISTON – Maine Bank and Trust has announced that Michael R. Stoddard, senior vice president, has been named chairman of the board of directors for the Positive Radio Network, a nonprofit, noncommercial radio network.
The Positive Radio Network encompasses a full power radio station, Positive 89.3, WMSJ Freeport/Portland, which reaches southern and central Maine and parts of New Hampshire; and two translators set to be on air in the summer of 2006, Positive 99.9 Massachusetts, and Positive 95.3 New Hampshire.
Positive 89.3 has been broadcasting for 13 years and was nominated for GMA Station of the Year in 2005.
Maine Bank and Trust is celebrating its 15th year as a state-chartered commercial bank and trust institution with 12 branch locations in Cumberland, York and Androscoggin counties.
