LEWISTON – Joseph and Irene Landry of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Landry, to Nicholas Wiers, son of Dean and Susan Wiers of Lewiston.
Miss Landry plans to graduate in May from the University of Rhode Island, with a doctor of pharmacy degree. She plans to work for Wal-Mart Pharmacy.
Mr. Wiers is a 2000 graduate of Southern Maine Community College and is a full-time professional firefighter for the City of Auburn.
The wedding will be held on Oct. 6 at Holy Family Church, with a reception to follow at the Hilton Garden Inn.
