AUBURN – Joyce MacDonald and Franklin McAlister, community service chairmen for Danville Junction Grange, recently visited third-grade classrooms at Fairview and Walton Schools to distribute dictionaries to each student.
They were assisted by Ed MacDonald and Glenys Ryder, members of Danville Junction Grange.
For the last several years, many Granges throughout the country have taken on as a community service project the distribution of the dictionaries to third-grade classrooms.
