The Oxford County Democrats were represented at the River Valley Chamber of Commerce annual dinner and awards ceremony on April 22. Attending and seated at the Democratic table were Wayne Gallant of Rumford, candidate for sheriff; House Majority Leader Rep. Robert Duplessie of Westbrook and Andover; Jane Rich of Andover, running unopposed for her current position as register of deeds; Selectman Reggie Arsenault of Mexico, candidate for House of Representatives; Tim Trafford, constituent services representative for Rep. Mike Michaud; and Cathy Newell, Oxford County Democratic chairwoman.
