LISBON – Lisbon area schools formed 10 teams this year for the Bowl For Kids Sake event held on March 26 to benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. Six teams represented Lisbon Community School, two teams represented Philip W. Sugg Middle School and two teams represented Lisbon High School.

Combined, teams brought in a record of $2,168 in pledges benefiting the local chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

“We were extremely pleased with the number of teams we were able to form this year. The Lisbon community is truly an area of dedicated teachers, staff and community volunteers contributing their efforts for the benefit our students,” said Community Resource Coordinator Monica Millhime.
