The following are to be arraigned on June 6 in Rumford District Court:
• Christian Barbioni, 26, Rumford, Franklin County warrant and burglary and theft from a motor vehicle, refusal to submit to arrest, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, 1:15 a.m. April 23 on Oxford Avenue. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.
• Douglas Shields, 38, Indian Orchard, Mass., operating after suspension, 7 p.m. April 23 Route 108. He was released on $300 cash bail.
• Joshua Tibbetts, 18, Rumford, attempted trafficking in prescription narcotics and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (vehicle), 9:30 p.m. April 14 in Mexico. He was released on bail early on the morning of April 15, and is to be arraigned in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris at a date not yet determined.
