Paul Belisle of Lewiston prepares crepes for last year’s breakfast sponsored by St. Philip’s Church on Turner Street, Auburn. This year’s breakfast will be held from 7 a.m. to noon Sunday, May 7, at the church. Proceeds will benefit Androscoggin Habitat for Humanity. The menu is scrambled eggs, sausage, traditional crepes (as well as wheat-free crepes), fruit cup, juice, homebaked breads, muffins, coffee and tea. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12, with a cap of $20 for families. Proceeds will help build a house for a family in need locally, except for 10 percent, which will be sent to Habitat for Humanity International to help build houses in areas too poor to raise their own funds.
