MIAMI – Aaron Rowand hit a bases-loaded triple to cap Philadelphia’s latest comeback, and the Phillies beat Florida 7-5 to give Jon Lieber his first victory of the season.

The last-place Marlins completed an 0-5 homestand, their first winless homestand since Aug. 20-26, 1999, when they also went 0-5. They fell to 2-9 in Miami, and they’ve lost eight of their last nine overall.

The Phillies, who also came from behind Monday to beat Florida, have won three in a row to match their season high.

Lieber (1-4), a 17-game winner last year, had been off to the worst start of his career. He gave up nine hits and five runs, four earned, in six innings, and left for a pinch-hitter with the Phils trailing 5-3 in the seventh.

One batter later, Jimmy Rollins hit his third homer with two out against Ricky Nolasco (1-1). Chase Utley reached on an infield single, and Bobby Abreu and Pat Burrell walked to load the bases.

Matt Herges relieved, and Rowand hit a drive over center fielder Reggie Abercrombie’s head for a triple – the first by a non-pitcher for Philadelphia this season.

The Phillies also scored four runs in the seventh Monday, helping them overcome a 5-1 deficit to win 8-5. Florida has been outscored 68-31 from sixth inning on this season.

Tom Gordon pitched a perfect ninth for his eighth save in as many chances.

Abercrombie put the Marlins ahead with a two-run triple in the fifth. Dan Uggla, the goat in their loss Monday, went 3-for-5 and scored twice.

Florida rookie Scott Olsen allowed only one baserunner in the first three innings, then walked four in a row to start the fourth. He departed after giving up a two-run single to Ryan Howard.

Florida regained the lead with four runs in the fifth. Hanley Ramirez was hit by a pitch to lead off, Uggla singled and Miguel Cabrera singled home a run. When Josh Willingham hit a grounder to first baseman Howard, Uggla beat the errant throw home to make it 3-all, and runners advanced to second and third.

Lieber struck out the next two batters and was on the verge of escaping, but Abercrombie hit a 2-2 pitch off the base of the center-field wall. Abercrombie was then out at home trying to score when a pitch rolled away from catcher Sal Fasano.

A bizarre throwing error by Fasano in the third inning allowed Florida’s first run to score. With Uggla at third and Willingham at first with two out, Willingham attempted a steal. When Fasano faked a throw to second, the ball slipped out of his hand and rolled down the third-base line, allowing Uggla to score.

Florida had a runner at third and one out in the sixth, but Ramirez popped into a double play trying a suicide squeeze bunt on a 3-2 pitch.

Notes: The Marlins still don’t have a pitcher with more than one win. … The Phillies completed a 3-2 trip against teams with the NL’s worst records, Pittsburgh and Florida.
