NEW GLOUCESTER – Dr. and Mrs. Thomas B. Johnson of New Gloucester are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Alice, to William Lee Grimsley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lee Grimsley of Columbia, S.C.
Miss Johnson is a graduate of Gray-New Gloucester High School and Bowdoin College. She resides and works in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she is a director and founder of VICCTRE, an equine welfare organization.
Mr. Grimsley graduated from Hammond School in Columbia, S.C., and Clemson University. He also resides in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he works in property management.
A September wedding is planned.
