NORTH ANSON – Jillian Kimball and Candace Hall combined on the mound for seven strikeouts and one hit as Telstar dominated over Carrabec 10-0 Wednesday.

Abby Hutchins smashed an RBI triple, while Kimball contributed a double and three RBIs for the undefeated Rebels (7-0).

Josie Reiss had three hits and Jessie Farrington added two hits and an RBI as well. Tonie Morin made several key defensive plays to keep Telstar strong. The lone Cobras (1-6) hit was stroked by Ashley Zikorus.

Lisbon 10, Hall-Dale 4

LISBON – Soleil Mathieu smacked a three-run double in the fourth to lead Lisbon to a 10-4 triumph over Hall-Dale in an MVC softball matchup Wednesday. Erica Meritt contributed three hits, which included a double, for the Greyhounds (7-2), while Christy McAuliffe hit a double and single for the offensive effort.

Vicki Osmond recorded the win on the mound with four strikeouts.

York 2, Poland 0

POLAND – Michaela Franey had the lone RBI for York, which also tallied a run on an error, to lift the Wildcats to a 2-0 triumph over Poland on Wednesday afternoon.

Lindsay Robinson had two hits for York (3-5).

Kristen Simpson took the loss for the Knights (4-4), but pitched a strong game, giving up only four hits and striking out eight batters. Mallory Huskins, Cortney Clark, and Robyn Gauthier each had a pair of hits apiece.
