• Tony Jodrey, 36, Rumford, violation of a protection order at request of Paris police, 11:25 a.m. May 12 on Virgin Street. He was released on $300 cash bail, and is expected to be arraigned in 11th District Court in Paris. A date has yet to be set.

• Wayne Sinclair, 46, Mexico, operating with a suspended license, 1:45 a.m. May 11 on Essex Avenue. He was released on $600 unsecured bail, and is to be arraigned on Aug. 8 in Rumford District Court.

Incidents

• May 12, 8:10 a.m. – A Bangor Savings Bank employee reported that someone had kicked in the glass front door to the ATM machine sometime during the night. Bank security officials were examining surveillance video while Detective Sgt. Daniel Garbarini is investigating. No money was reported to have been taken, Sgt. David Bean said early Friday evening.

Arrest

• Jolene MacIsaac, 25, of Isthmus Road, Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault at 9:20 p.m. on May 13 at the Mobil station on Main Street. She was taken to the Mexico Police Department where she was released on bail. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on June 6

Accident

A deer was killed at 4:45 a.m. May 12 when it ran in front of a 1994 Ford sedan driven west on Route 2 by Steve G. Jacques, 32, of Riverview Road, Jay. Jacques’ vehicle sustained $500 damage to the front left bumper.
