PHILADELPHIA- Rickie Weeks and Bill Hall homered in the eighth inning to help the Milwaukee Brewers win their third straight road game with a 9-6 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies.

Carlos Lee also homered and Hall drove in four runs for the Brewers, who have won all five games over the Phillies this season.

Jimmy Rollins had three hits with a homer and three runs scored for Philadelphia, which has lost nine of 11 since going 13-1 at the start of the month.

Weeks, who is hitting .500 (12 for 24) in his last seven games, launched a two-run homer into the left-field seats off reliever Ryan Franklin (1-4) for his fifth homer of the season. Hall’s shot went even farther, reaching the second deck in left field for his 12th homer.

Franklin has now given up six homers in just 23 2-3 innings.

Matt Wise (3-2) surrendered a game-tying homer to Ryan Howard in the seventh but rebounded with a scoreless eighth and earned the win. Derrick Turnbow pitched the ninth for his 15th save in 17 chances.

The Phillies overcame a four-run deficit behind a pair of two-run homers by Rollins and Howard.

Rollins, who was reinserted into the leadoff spot after being dropped to sixth for two games, got the Phillies within 6-4 with a two-run homer to right-center field in the fifth. It was his fifth homer.

After Pat Burrell grounded into a double play, Howard hit a long two-run homer to left field against Wise in the seventh. Howard has hit 11 of his 16 homers in May.

Lee connected for a two-out, two-run homer in the first off starter Gavin Floyd, tucking his 17th homer into the front row of the right field seats as the Brewers took a 2-0.

Hall added a two-out, two-run single in the second inning as the Brewers padded their lead to 4-1.

Hall and Fielder had RBI sacrifice flies in the fourth and fifth innings, respectively, to chase Floyd.

Philadelphia’s Aaron Rowand went 0-for-4 in his return from the 15-day disabled list. He was greeted with a hero’s welcome, receiving standing ovations from the crowd during the announcement of starting lineups and his first at-bat in the first inning.

Rowand suffered a broken nose and non-displacement fractures around his left eye after crashing into the then-not padded center field fence on May 11, robbing New York Mets’ Xavier Nady of a hit with the bases loaded. The Phillies went on to win 2-0 in a rain-shortened game.

Floyd, who pitched on three days rest, surrendered six runs and nine hits in 4 1-3 innings. He struck out four and walked two.

Notes: Weeks was hit by a pitch for the second time in the series and a NL-leading 10th time for the season. … Phillies C Mike Lieberthal, on the 15-day DL since May 5 with a left knee bruise, played five innings at Double-A Reading. He went 0-for-2. … Chris Coste, who entered his first ML game at catcher in the fifth inning on a double-switch, was called for catcher’s interference two batters later. The error that was charged was the second by a Phillies catcher in the same inning. Starter Sal Fasano had an error on a Lee stolen base attempt. … Oddly, Brady Clark was called out for batter’s interference in the eighth inning. He was the same batter when Coste was ruled for catcher’s interference. … 2B Chase Utley had his 11-game hitting streak snapped. He went 0-for-4.
