The following are to be arraigned on July 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Wilfred Buck, 52, Rumford, operating after suspension, 11:30 p.m. May 27 on Route 2. He was released on $200 unsecured bail, and also summoned on a charge of violating conditions of release.

• Michael S. Clark-Pelletier, 33, Greenwood, domestic assault, 12:30 a.m. May 26. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Erik Perry, 35, Rumford, domestic assault, 4:03 p.m. May 23. He was released on $550 cash bail.

Accidents

• May 30, 9:36 a.m. – A car driven by Daryl St. John, 70, of Norway, went through a stop sign at the intersection of Franklin Street and Plymouth Avenue and was struck by a Jeep driven by Bonnie Bulger, 56, of Rumford. She wasn’t injured, but St. John complained of a lower back injury, then refused treatment at the scene, the police report states. Total damage to both vehicles was estimated at $3,000.
