LEWISTON – Calvin E. Baker, 67, of 87 Granite St., Mexico, passed away Monday, June 5, at CMMC, where he had been a patient for six months, battling cancer.

He was born in Rumford on April 26, 1939. He enjoyed fishing, rock hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his companion of 17 years, Laura Hagen; five daughters, Alica, Sharon, Michelle, Erin and Monica; and nine grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Viola, Veinot Baker and his stepfather, Allan Frasier.
