It’s way past time for the American people to find their voice. Let us, along with griping to each other about the ills of our government, contact our government leaders and gripe to them about issues of prime importance to the survival of our nation.
Let us stand up and be counted and not cower under the reigning majority’s insinuations of lack of patriotism for disagreement with their agenda.
Let us grab hold of our government and shake the corrupters from its ranks, holding every government employee accountable, including the president of our great land.
Let every person abide by our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Our forefathers would be horrified to see how far this nation has fallen. Our country is reviled around the world. This nation needs to abide by its own laws.
It’s time we had an internal house cleaning. We need to once again earn the respect of the international community.
Getting our house in order is the first priority. Making use of the election box on June 13 is a great start, and then following through in the fall.
We need to become educated on what the candidates stand for, and then support those whom we think will stand up for their convictions.
We all need to get off our duff and get to work. If we don’t change, nothing will change.
