HEBRON – One driver was killed and another injured Friday night in a head-on crash on Route 124 at the Hebron-Minot town line, Maine State Police said.

Police said a 27-year-old man was dead at the scene of the 9:30 p.m. wreck. His identity was not released by late Friday night as investigating Trooper Tyler Stevenson attempted to notify his relatives.

The identity of the other driver also was not released, and the extent of that person’s injuries was not known late Friday night.

Hours after the wreck, police were still taking measurements at the scene.
