WILTON – Mount Blue Agway is the newest John Deere dealership to complete the company’s Commercial and Consumer Equipment Gold Star Performance Standards Program. Launched in spring 2003, the Gold Star Program offers a baseline of performance standards created for John Deere dealers to help add value to their customers’ experience.

Mount Blue Agway was evaluated and surpassed John Deere standards in the five Gold Star categories: Sales/Marketing, Customer Support, Operational Management, Retail Environment and Employee Development.
