I certainly miss the Major League Baseball statistics, which used to be in the Sunday edition of the Sun Journal. They listed batting averages, earned run averages, etc., for all qualifying major league ballplayers. There was also a summary of team statistics.

That kind of information on a weekly basis is of interest to a true baseball fan, and I hope the sports editor will seriously consider putting it back into the Sunday edition. I am not sure why it was dropped, but it does help a fan see who is hitting well, pitching well, or not, as the case may be.
